Valuable training sharpens project forwarding skills

PPG appoints new member for Northern and Eastern India

Project Professionals Group has appointed D.B. Group India Pvt. Ltd. as its new project forwarding member for both Northern and Eastern India.

Project forwarding training includes art of negotiation

The art of negotiation is a new workshop topic to launch as part of the Certificate of Achievement in Project Cargo Management training course at the InterContinental Shanghai Expo Hotel from 14-15 March during the Breakbulk China education program.

This module specifically addresses negotiation as a communication and problem-solving process.

Trainer Rodger Hall draws on his university teaching experience to improve negotiation skills for project forwarders through communication to achieve win-win deals.

“Successful negotiation requires understanding of a number of persuasive skills to produce an outcome that both parties are satisfied with and build trust. Covered in this training are negotiation styles, strategies and tactics and active listening to deliver mutual agreement and avoid common mistakes,” Mr Hall said.
