Overdimensional cargo transportation network, Project Professionals Group, has appointed Shanghai Shining International Logistics Co as the new member for Eastern China.

PPG general manager Kevin Stephens said Shanghai continued to be an important international project cargo hub, and an experienced local PPG network member was vital to maximising bilateral trade and investment opportunities.

“Shanghai Shining International Logistics is well placed to assist the PPG network to continue to be involved in transportations to and from the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and Yangtze River Delta,” Mr Stephens said.

Meanwhile, project forwarders registering to attend the PPG Project Forwarding Certificate from 26-27 September in Houston during the Breakbulk Americas education program will receive a 20% discount if they pay in full prior to August 24, 2016.
